Affiliate Disclosure
Matchbook may earn commission from qualifying purchases made through links on our site. Our recommendations are designed around user fit, style, and preference signals, not paid placement.
What this means
Some of the links on Matchbook — including links that take you to a retailer to view or buy a product — are affiliate links. If you click one and make a qualifying purchase, Matchbook may earn a small commission from the retailer. This comes at no additional cost to you: the price you pay is the same whether or not you came from Matchbook.
How this affects (and doesn’t affect) recommendations
Our recommendation engine scores products against your style profile and shopping session — things like fit, silhouette, comfort, budget, and the preferences you’ve told us about. Commission structure is not a factor in how products are ranked. We don’t move a product up the list because it pays a higher commission, and we don’t hide better matches because they pay less or nothing at all.
Why we use affiliate links
Matchbook doesn’t sell inventory or take a cut at checkout. Affiliate partnerships are how we intend to sustain a free recommendation tool while sending shoppers directly to the retailers who make and sell the actual products.
Not financial or professional advice
Recommendations on Matchbook are informational and meant to help you shop with more confidence. They are not professional styling, medical, or financial advice, and prices or availability shown may not reflect the retailer’s current listing — always confirm details on the retailer’s site before purchasing.
